Newsletters Are Great Marketing Tools
If you are racking your brain as to how to keep your name in front of your prospective and existing clients, consider mailing them a custom newsletter with your logo or letterhead at the top. You can combine a newsletter mailing with mailing brochures or postcards. If you do not want to go to the trouble of creating a monthly newsletter, you can create a quarterly one and still mail other things in the months that you don’t send a newsletter. The key thing is that your company name is getting in front of them as often as possible.
The biggest hang up that people have with newsletters are creating the articles and content. Writing is usually the hardest thing for people to do, but there are services out there that can help you with this. If you have a tough time with creating articles about your industry or products, then look to prewritten article services. For example, they can just be fun facts and articles that you think would be interesting about everyday life. There are plenty of services out there that have prewritten articles you can use for this. After you view their article libraries you will see that putting together a newsletter is a snap. Just be sure to include an article about your products and the rest can be fun stuff. Pair it together with a professional design that a graphic design can create for you and you have a pretty powerful marketing piece.
