Using Address Envelopes

No matter what your occasion, from weddings to business functions to your graduation, using envelopes with a return address imprinted on them is a way to show that you care enough to use a quality product. Since so many occasions now require a return or rsvp, it is always in good taste to include an address envelope so that the other person does not have to take the time to write out your address or look it up in the phone book or on the computer. Sending an envelop that is already pre-addressed is the height of thoughtfulness and good taste, and since this is such a busy world, people really notice and appreciate these small touches that make their lives easier.

Sending address envelopes does not have to make your life more difficult, either. They are available from a wide variety of sources, and there are prices and styles to suit any occasion, taste or budget. Using address envelopes is not old=-fashioned and stuffy, as some might believe. It is a way to show that you care about family, clients, friends, etc. You can get these types of address envelopes in everything from nicely printed to heavily embossed and engraved. It is simply a matter of taste and how much you want to spend on the envelopes.

So when you are hosting any type of occasion, do yourself and everyone else a favor and send an address envelope if you are expecting a reply. People will be much more likely to reply quickly and in a positive manner.
