Ideas to understand Previous to Getting Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 was unveiled on November 10th, 2009 and had among the greatest launches I can even remember! I didnt go out for this midnight introduction, but I traveled out on release day and was there three hours prior to launch in the daytime and there were already 20+ customers waiting there. After a half hour to forty-five minutes, I finally was given my copy of Modern Warfare 2 for the PS3 and off I drove to spend the downtime of my week ranking up as fast as I possibly could.

So before I start off, I just want to say that I am a massive fan of Call of Duty 4, but I tried to keep this review from the standpoint of a person who hasnt played any of the Call of Duty games or a person who didnt really like the past games from the Call of Duty series. I would not consider myself a Call of Duty fan-boy, but I was set on investing in Modern Warfare 2 back when Call of Duty 4 was published.

As the majority of you by now see, I rarely actually acquire video games that do not come with some form of multi-player and normally will only acquire video games for its multi-player factor, but I did in fact play the entire single player campaign in Modern Warfare 2 and I ought to say that I did enjoy it even while playing through a second time. The story was stable, it was somewhat confusing at times, but it tied in rather effectively with exactly where the story left off in Call of Duty 4 and gave solutions to many unanswered situations.

Really the only issue I honestly didnt like about the single player campaign in Modern Warfare 2 was that, for the most part, it was rather hassle-free at the hardest difficulty setting. Now, I didnt say at all times, given that that is certainly not true, there had been times in which I got fairly aggravated for the reason that there were just so large a number of enemies at a given time on each and every side and it made me exceedingly aggravated, but other than that, the single player campaign was entertaining and plus a refreshing new game to play through.

So far as the controller layout goes, it really is exactly the exact same as in Call of Duty 4 and it was fantastic for that game and is still absolutely faultless now. So far as I am concerned, the control scheme selections in COD4 and MW2 are the greatest layouts that have ever been put together for any game. There are actually a couple of other control layouts which you can pick from and every one of those layouts are great as well. Some of the optional layouts take just a little while to get accustomed to, but once youre accustomed to the new controller layout, youre unstoppable!

Now comes the part which you all have been patiently waiting for! My opinions about the multiplayer feature of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2! So after putting in above 360 hours of online performance, I feel I can give a quite nice overview of what it is all about. For the most part, every thing is far better balanced. The maps are laid out effectively, and most of the perks and weapon attachments work great. This being stated, there are constantly negatives to go together with the positives. Now, dont get me completely wrong here, I am not going to go over every little thing that is correct in this game, since it would take too long. Instead, I am going to try and go over some of the significant flaws contained in the online feature of this game, for the simple reason that I feel this would be far more valuable to potential buyers and/or past owners.

Here we go, lets get started now on the negative aspects. So far as I am concerned, one man army is the only real unethical perk. On its own, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, and it can be especially valuable depending on your scenario, but applied in the hands, it may be put into use in an very frustrating way that can make anybody express a desire to simply beat their controller until the pieces refrain from soaring.

Next up, we have death streaks. To just be straightforward and sincere, being compensated for dying, in my opinion, is just asinine. There should be no need for this if the spawn scheme was properly thought through, which, unfortunately, it most undeniably just isn't, but if youre implementing death streaks for anything but to beat the poor spawn platform, then you've got no excuse, you are simply a noob.

On that note, I may as well touch at the spawn system seeing as I already opened that can of worms. With out starting into a massive rant, basically the spawn organization works properly in most situations, but on the occasion, it works just about as efficiently as an Xbox 360 with the RROD. It does not assist you in any respect, it causes you extreme anger, and it makes you wish to fling your console out the windowpane of a 3 story or higher structure. I am pretty positive that that may be pretty much all I've to say about that, for the reason that if you have played a decent quantity of online games and online game types, you know exactly what I am babbling about.

One particular other issue that works just like that, is the matchmaking procedure. The game automatically chooses what room it is going to set you in. This means, you could be put in a room that has 9 seconds left within online game and it's honestly hopeless for you to win. This absolutely aggravates me to no end. There is no simpler way to wreck my hype to just lay back and play some Modern Warfare 2 then when I start it up and join a lobby on a team which is just getting pwned. Its not fun whatsoever, in reality, most of the time if this occurs I will undoubtedly switch the PS3 system off right then and there and do anything other than that.

So far as weapons go, they are very significantly well balanced now. During the beginning there was a massive dispute about the model 1887s, but due to all the complainers, they got nerfed and are now about just as good as slinging a rock at another person. As far as the other areas of the guns go, they are all really effective and if you do not react instantly, you will die while not even understanding what went down.

I feel this concludes the  argument regarding the multiplayer aspect of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and if you need to understand any more in regard to it, just invest in it, since it is most definitely worth the money.
