Real estate agents have to constantly be farming for fresh leads, and something of the key ways which real estate professionals do that is simply by mailing out real-estate postcards in hopes of gaining fresh leads. The big question when mailing out farming postcards is how many should I be sending out?

A good idea when mailing out real-estate postcards is to send them out often. While a one-time mailing to the same area may help generate new leads, just think the number of more potential leads you could get if you mailed out several postcards over a monthly time frame. By doing you will enhance your name and face recognition in that region, so when the time comes for an individual to purchase or sell they will think to call you.

The common realtor merely wants to mail below two hundred and fifty farming postcards once in a while. That is not going to help you grow a relationship with fresh prospects and gain more prospects. At the very least, you need to be mailing out at the very least two hundred and fifty postcards each month. You should make it a typical part of your marketing and advertising plan to do these types of frequent and consistent real estate mailings. If you have the budget, mailing out more real estate cards per month is even better. The more people you reach the more potential you gave for gaining that new lead. By sending a regular mailing you are continuing to keep your name and face in front of those potential clients with your real estate postcard mailings.

If you do not have a farming area list of names that is large enough to do bigger mailings on a monthly basis, some print companies that you buy your real-estate postcards from offer mail list as well. Most will even handle the mailing for you so you dont even have to lift a finger.
